Payments for Laurel Mountain Borough (tax map IDs beginning with 65) should not be made on this site.

Online Banking
Mail your payment from online banking. Setup Alyssa Boyd, Tax Collector as your payee and use the 120 East Main Street, Ligonier, PA 15658 address. The payments are received in check form with your information, but they are not postmarked and do not get mailed immediately from your bank. Allow 10 days to ensure your payment is received on time. Use your map number as your account number. A fee of $25 will be imposed for any NSF/returned checks.

School Taxes
Bills are mailed by August 1st
Collected at a 2% discount through September 30th
Collected at the face amount from October through November 30th
A 10% penalty is added December 1st
Collected at the tax collector’s office until December 31st
You may elect to pay the School property taxes in three installments with September 30th, October 31st and November 30th deadlines. Your intention to participate in the installment program is established by paying the first installment. If the second or third installment payments are not received or postmarked by their due date, a 10% penalty will apply.Any taxes not paid by December 31st are considered delinquent and will be turned over to the Westmoreland County Tax Claim Bureau for collection.
